Retired pharmacist for Walgreen Drug and former basketball player for university of Kentucky. (go Wildcats!!) I am a ICS Grand Master red chili cook ,Master Verde cook, and a Certified Chili Judge. I have also been a finalist in National Beef cook-off, National Trout cook-off, National Egg cook-off , and Kentucky State Dairy Contest. I enjoy traveling and cooking on my Traeger wood pellet grill.
