Team Unknown BBQ hails from the great state of Florida, Winter Haven FL. to be exact. Orange Groves,Cattle,BBQ,and Water Ski Shows are our hometowns claim to fame. We have been taking our award winning BBQ to competitions across the Southeast for the last 3 1/2 years and loving every minute of it.(Except when head cook JW get's his beard in a knot and gets mad at us.) We are a family team consisting of our Dad "Papa Clark", brothers JW + Dorsey, and JW's brides brother Leroy "Sugarfoot" Pointer. The team has been burning the midnight oil at the Unknown BBQ Command Center in anticipation of the mighty battle that will be the WFC! On the trip to Vegas Papa/Mama Clark and our Uncle "Civil War Steve" will be piloting the "George Dickle/Unknown BBQ Battle Wagon" so if you see them on the way don't forget to honk and say hello!
