QUALIFYING EVENT: 2014 World Seafood Championship Top 10


We are a KCBS and STLBS competition BBQ team. Last year we were fortunate to be able to compete in the WFC in Las Vegas in the seafood category. We took first place and went on to compete at the Final Table! What an experience! Since winning in Vegas, we are getting more and more calls for catering. We have teamed up with a local winery for some special events for charity, pairing their local wines with our seafood creations. At our next competition BBQ, we plan to branch out a little bit, doing some desserts and a few other things. We are looking forward to cooking in Florida in November!
