An Executive Chef with over 45 years cooking experience. Born into a Restaurant Family, honed cooking skills while working 13 yrs for the Howard Johnson's company. Traveled around the country working and opening a variety of Restaurants before landing in Las Vegas, NV 23 years ago where I meet my wife while working for Marie Callender's Restaurant and Bakery. Attended the CIA in Napa Valley for baking and pastry. Executive Chef at Gallagher's Steakhouse in the New York, New York Hotel and Casino for eight years and currently Executive Chef at Lawry's The Prime Rib in Las Vegas. An 18 year Board Member and past Chairman of Chef's For Kids and a Board Member of the Nevada Restaurant Association and Chairman of the Membership Comittee. Named to the Best Chef America list in 2013 and 2014.
