I was born and raised in the restaurant business. My family started our first restaurant shortly after I was born. Many of my fondest and earliest memories are in the kitchen. I learned much from my Father and other cooks in our restaurants. After working for years in my families restaurants I decided to attend culinary school where I graduated with a Bachelor of Art Degrees in the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Management. Since then I have married and settled in Chandler where I have opened my own restaurant. My love of cooking hasn't waned over the years. I have a new love in food competitions as a way to further express my techniques and passion. In the past few years I have won over 40 trophies at different local Arizona food competitions.
