I started in the buffet as a production cook with no experience. I moved up from there to different areas and eventually to Sous Chef. I went to culinary school while working as the chef of Flint Creek Steakhouse. I am now the Buffet Chef at the Cherokee Casino and Hotel in West Siloam Springs, OK.
