My love of food comes from bringing family and friends around the table. Being raised around great cooks and great food only scratches the surface. The experience is just as important as the cuisine. I am true foodie at heart raised on the tastes of Northern Mexico and Southwest Texas. Proud to be a Chicago native I'm born a natural to the grill and not afraid of the kitchen.
