Cooking is a passion of mine and for the past three years I have been competing in BBQ competitions with the PNWBA (Pacific Northwest Barbeque Association) and the KCBS (Kansas City BBQ Society). My family and I compete under the team name, “The Not-So-Kosher Dawgs”. Cooking beside me is my wife Monica and our two daughters (Marilyn & Annie), along with my sister and brother-in-law (Lynn and Joe Sgammato). We have consistently won awards at every competition and this year we won 1st Place in the dessert category at the Washington State Spring BBQ Championships. We are excited to compete in the World Food Championships 2014. Watch out Vegas! The NSK Dawgs are coming to town!
