Phil The Grill, the New York native, always had a passion for cooking ever since his child days of helping his grandmother in the kitchen. Although he originally went to school to pursue a career in business management, after finishing his studies he channeled his entrepreneurial spirit into his own Construction business. Even while running a successful business he always entertained family and friends at his house with his unique blend of soulful barbque. With our nations economy taking a turn for the worse, instead of letting a negative impact his business dreams he decided to return to his original passion of cooking. PHIL THE GRILL was born out of love, experimentation, and a grandmother’s influence. And now he is sharing his gift through his Food Truck named Sammitch with the masses.
