If you want to meet people who share your love for BBQ and will be friends for life... start doing BBQ competitions. You will soon be addicted to it. We started doing competition BBQ about 5 years ago. My other passion is baking, so when a BBQ competition has a dessert category to enter, I do. I love trying out new recipes (most excellent, some not so excellent …) on my family, friends and co workers. I have been entering baking and cooking recipe contests for years. This will be our first World Food Championship and hopefully not our last.. :-}
