QUALIFYING EVENT: Just a Pinch - Sandwich
I am honored to represent Just a Pinch Recipe in this year's WFC. I am a self taught chef and come from a long line of self taught cooks who weren't afraid to try anything. I am mother of three boys and an entrepreneur. I’m currently working on a product line. I have entered and won many contests, one of which landed me my own series on the Food Network. I have had my recipes published throughout the past years. I am a recipe developer, Writer/blogger, Award winning home chef and all around food enthusiast. I believe that my creativity and ability to work well under pressure gives me a competitive edge. I enjoy experimenting with taste combinations and cooking for family and friends, but once I discovered the world of competitive cooking contests, I was hooked! Recently, I have won the Grand Prize in Country Woman’s “Pass the Pasta” Contest, 1st Place in the Louisiana Sweet Rewards Contest and Judge’s Choice in Better Recipe’s Best Copycat Recipe Ever Contest to name a few. I am excited to participate in the World Food Championship and look forward to seeing friends and fellow competitors that I’ve made throughout cooking competitions. LET’S GO!
