Heather was raised with foodie parents who passed on the passion for food and supported endless creations and experimentations.
Via endless cooking and grilling, Heather discovered she had some seasonings that were getting a lot of attention. Good attention. So, of course, it made sense to incorporate in 2011 and create Heather's Dirty Goodness, Inc., a meat rub and seasonings line. Heather's favorite saying: "If there isn't meat in it, I don't trust it."
All of Heather’s Dirty Good meat rubs and seasonings enhance and highlight flavors of what they are intended to be paired with and many times, things they were not intended to be paired with. One thing is consistent, the rubs are damn good on everything. Hopefully they come in handy in November.
