COMPETITION: World Chef Challenge


Daniel Boling is currently the Chef de Cuisine at the 5 diamond resort The Lodge at Torrey Pines in La Jolla, CA. He has close to 17 years of culinary experience mainly focusing in seasonal farm to table cuisine. While at the Lodge he has been the recipient of a Gold Medallion from the distinguished California Restaurant Association 6 years in a row. During his years attending Culinary School he was part of an International Hot Food Competition Team and achieved many accolades and medals. Overall Daniel is a wonderful leader, successful entrepreneur, and is extremely passionate about food and his career.
