Meredith is the Global Consumer Marketing Manager for the United States Potato Board, the US potato industry’s marketing organization based in Denver, Colorado. For 14 years, she has been involved in the organization, working to perpetuate America’s love affair with potatoes. She’s proud to work for an amazing industry that is dedicated to feeding a safe and highly nutritious crop—the fourth largest crop in the world—to the world. This Missouri-native moved to Denver while in high school. She earned a degree in Journalism at Metropolitan State College of Denver. She has two boys, Zachary and Matthew. She loves to cook and entertain, and on the weekends you’ll find her on the golf course, riding her bike, or rooting on her kids at one of their sporting events.
