Who's Your Mamma's Chili

INGREDIENTS

2 ½  LB Bison Tri Tip
14.5 oz Can Chicken Broth
14.5 oz Can Beef Broth
8  oz  Tomato Puree
1 TBS  Granulated Garlic
1 TBS Onion Powder
7 TBS Reno Red Chili Powder
1 TBS Anchor Chili Powder
1 TBS San Antonio Chili Powder
1 TBS Brown Sugar
2 TBS Red Tabasco
 2+1 Tests Cumin
¼ tsp Deadly Dudley Chili Powder

INSTRUCTIONS

To Stock Pot add Chicken Broth, Beef Broth and Tomato Puree and Bring to a Boil.								
Then Add garlic and onion powder, 4TBS Reno Red, 1TBS Cumin, 1TBS Tabasco.
At 1 ½ hours add 3TBS Reno Red, 1 TBS Cumin, Brown Sugar & Anchor Chili Powder Brown Meat and add 1 hour before turn in.
20 min before turn in add 1TBS Reno Red, 1tsp Cumin, 1tsp Salt and Deadly Dudley.
