First Batch | ||
1 | 14oz | Can Beef Broth |
1 | 14oz | Can Chicken Broth |
1 | 8oz | Tomato Sauce |
8 | oz | Water |
1 | Tbsp | Onion Powder |
1 1/2 | tsp | Garlic Powder |
1/2 | tsp | Cayenne |
2 | tsp | Beef Bouillon |
2 | tsp | Chicken Bouillon |
3 1/2 | TBS | Chili Powder |
2 | Serrano Chilies | |
Second Batch | ||
4 | tsp | cumin |
1/2 | tsp | garlic powder |
1/8 | tsp | cayenne |
1/8 | tsp | habanero hot sauce |
1/4 | tsp | sugar |
4 1/2 | Tbsp | chili powder |
INSTRUCTIONS
Season Bison Tri-tip with season salt.
Brown in chicken stock and drain.
In large pot,combine next 10 ingredients (through serrano chilies).
Slow boil with lid on for 2 hours or until meat is almost tender.
Add second batch seasoning.
Adjust salt and hot sauce to taste.
