Ray's Red Chili

INGREDIENTS
32 Oz Beef Broth
1 Med Onion
6 Tbsp California Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Hot Chili Powder
1½ Tsp Accent
2½ Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Fine Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Sea Salt
2 Lbs Bison
1 Med Onion
6 Tbsp California Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Hot Chili Powder
1½ Tsp Accent
2½ Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Fine Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Sea Salt
2 Lbs Bison
INSTRUCTIONS
Put beef broth, 3 Tbsp California chili powder,1tsp sea salt, 1 Tsp accent in pot, cook for 1 hour.
Add to pot 2 Tbsp California chili powder, 2 lbs bison, cook for 30 min.
Add 1 Tbsp hot chili powder, 1½ Tbsp cumin, cook for 45 min.
Add ½ Tsp accent, 1Tbs cumin, 1 Tbsp fine red chili powder.
Salt to taste.
Serves 10.
