3 | LB | Bison Tri-tip | ||
½ | LB | Breakfast Sauage | ||
1 | LB | Bison Burger | ||
6 | TBS | Ground red chili | ||
3 | TBSs | Quality Chili Powser | ||
½ | tsp | Ground Oregano | ||
1 | TBS | Onion Powder | ||
2 | tsp | Garlic Powder | ||
3 | TBS | Cumin | ||
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown Meat, add to pot with 26 oz. beef stock.
Add powders.
Cook for 90 minutes.
Add salt and juice of 1 lime.
Season to taste.
Use your favorite hot sauce if you desire more heat.
