INSTRUCTIONS
Form Patties, Season liberally.
Cook over medium heat until done.
Mix tomato paste with béarnaise.
Fold in heavy cream.
Add parmesan.
Reserve for burger.
Mix ingredients well, and reserve.
Toasted Onion Bun
From bottom to top: add mayo, Burger, A.1. drizzle, Lettuce, tomatoes, crab salad, mousse, and the top bun.
