6 | lbs. | ground Italian sausage | |||
5 | Cups | Italian Bread Crumbs | |||
5 | Cups | Parmesan Cheese | |||
8 | Each | Whole Large Eggs | |||
2.5 | Cups | A-1 Steak Sauce | |||
A/N | Mustard T/T | ||||
A/N | T/T Salt | ||||
5 | Each | Medium White Onions | |||
5 | Small Jar | (5) jars small sliced mushrooms | |||
20 | Slices | 20-Slices of Bacon | |||
Sliced Cheddar Cheese | |||||
Other: | Lettuce | ||||
Tomato | |||||
Pickles | |||||
Mayo | |||||
Mustard | |||||
Ciabatta | |||||
Butter |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix first five ingredients together and form 8 ounce patties.
Allow to rest and cool while you sauté onions and mushrooms until caramelized.
Add mustard and steak sauce to mushroom and onion mixture.
And season with salt to taste.
Set mixture aside and cook your pre-formed patties to desired temp.
While patties are resting, toasted your bread, mix your mayo and mustard together and spread on your bread.
Melt the cheese to the patties, top with mushroom, onion mixture.
Finish your burger with choice of or all, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles.
