A.1. Asian Burger Ramen Bun

A.1. Asian Burger Ramen Bun

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg Ramen Noodles 
1   Large Whole Eggs
1 tsp A.1. Steak Sauce 
1/2  tsp Ginger Sesame Sauce
Tbsp Mined White Onion
tsp sea salt
1/2  tsp Sesame Seeds
2 Tbsp Bacon Fat
    80/20 Beef Blend
1/2  Cup A.1. Steak Sauce 
1/2  Cup Mayonnaise
1/4  Cup Sesame Ginger Sauce
1/8  Cup  Wasabi Paste or T/T

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook noodles until tender.
Drain rinse and add egg, onion, garlic, sesame seeds and salt.
Add 1/2 of the noodle mixture to the poacher.
Once it's poached, the egg has cooked, and has helped maintain the shape and structure of the noodle bun. Pre-heat a non-stick skillet.
Add bacon fat.
Crisp and brown the ramen bun in the bacon fat until firm.
Immediately salt, and reserve.
