INSTRUCTIONS
Cook noodles until tender.
Drain rinse and add egg, onion, garlic, sesame seeds and salt.
Add 1/2 of the noodle mixture to the poacher.
Once it's poached, the egg has cooked, and has helped maintain the shape and structure of the noodle bun.
Pre-heat a non-stick skillet.
Add bacon fat.
Crisp and brown the ramen bun in the bacon fat until firm.
Immediately salt, and reserve.
