2 Cups Minced Fresh Garlic
4 Cups Cider Vinegar

12 Whole Eggs (Large)

8 Thin Sliced Yellow Onions
4 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning (Dry)

4 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning (Dry)
INSTRUCTIONS
Sauce Preparation:
Medium Dice bacon and render over medium heat, until slightly crispy. Add garlic and cook until translucent, add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Reduce by half. Simmer until flavors are well incorporated, then puree after mixture cools.
A.1. Steak Fried Onion Preparation:
Incorporate all ingredients, reserve onions, dredge onions fry at 300 until crisp. Season Onions after frying with salt, pepper and fresh chopped thyme.
