Pear and Apple Pie Pizza Supreme

INGREDIENTS
1 | refrigerated pizza dough | |||
3 | Tbsp | butter, room temperature | ||
1/2 | C | brown sugar | ||
1 | tsp | cinnamon | ||
1 | pkg | Dole Diced Pears in juice, drained | ||
1 | each | apple, diced | ||
1/4 | C | cheddar cheese, shredded | ||
3 | slices | bacon, cooked and crumbled | ||
1/3 | C | butter, room temperature | ||
3/4 | C | brown sugar | ||
2 | Tbsp | corn syrup | ||
1/2 | C | pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped | ||
Caramel Cream Cheese Drizzle Frosting | ||||
1/4 | C | caramel sauce, room temperature | ||
1/4 | C | cream cheese, room temperature | ||
Streusel | ||||
1 1/4 | C | all-purpose flour | ||
1/3 | C | light brown sugar | ||
1/3 | C | granulated sugar | ||
7 | Tbsp | unsalted butter, melted |
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread pizza dough onto pan.
Press lightly to edges.
Spread dough with butter.
Sprinkle the mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon onto dough.
Melt the butter add pears and apple, brown sugar and corn syrup in a pan on low heat.
Mix in the nuts and pour the pear/apple mixture on crust top with cheddar and bacon.
Make streusel.
Combine flour and sugars in a medium bowl.
Drizzle with melted butter and toss with a fork until evenly moistened and the mixture forms many large chunks with pea-sized pieces mixed throughout.
Mix ingredients for frosting until smooth.
Refrigerate while pizza is baking.
Sprinkle pizza with streusel and bake until pizza is done about 15-20 minutes. Cool until pizza is warm and drizzle with caramel cream cheese mixture.
Serve warm.
