Vegas Triple Jackpot Cobbler

INGREDIENTS
4 | cup | flour |
2 | Tbsp | baking powder |
2/3 | cup | vegetable shortening |
6 | Tbsp | butter |
¼ | cup | sugar |
2 | eggs | |
2/3 | cup | milk |
1 | Tbsp | cinnamon sugar |
pinch of salt | ||
cobbler filling | ||
2 | cup | blueberries |
2 | cup | blackberries |
2 | cup | Dole-peaches, jarred |
1 | Tbsp | lemon juice |
½ | cup | sugar |
2 | tsp. | cinnamon |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and 2 Tbsp of sugar.
Beat eggs and milk together.
Stir into dry ingredients until well combined.
Place on top of fruit filling and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 450 for 35-40 min.
Top with ice cream of choice. Cobbler filling
Combine in bowl
Toss and spread evenly in ramekins.
Top with cobbler dough. Bake at 450 for 35-40 min
