QUALIFYING EVENT: Le Cordon BleuMy culinary background is very minimal. I come from a non-culinary family, I just love to cook it was my way of dealing with coming home from the military after 4 years of being overseas. Being a lung cancer survivor you have to realize life is to short and you have to do what you love. Working in the corporate world is fun however, BBQing and cooking is also an amazing feeling. When you see the look on someones face after they took a bite of your amazing creation and say, "this is the best I have ever had" there is not greater feeling.
