QUALIFYING EVENT: Le Cordon BleuI am new to the world of culinary arts. I recently left the United States Army and needed something new in my life. I love to bake and decided culinary school would be the perfect place for me and I chose to start in Las Vegas, NV, which is quite the culinary destination. My husband and two children, Jazmine (12) and Ray (7), followed me from Tacoma, WA to Las Vegas. My family has fully supported my decision to become a chef and enjoy tasting my creations. I hope to own my own cupcake shop when I graduate.
