QUALIFYING EVENT: Le Cordon BleuHello my name is Alexis Hicks. I am a young culinarian from the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. I am currently a student at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas, Nevada. I anticipate graduating in May of 2015 with an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts. I have competed in numerous competitions and have successfully taken home a number of awards and scholarships. I have worked with chefs like Hubert Keller. I have also worked with established catering companies such as Latitude 45 Catering. My ultimate goal is to open a restaurant in our nations capital that features flavors from around the world .
