I am just a man that likes to eat therefore I cook. I am a teacher of Mathematics and have been educating the youth of Arizona for the last 18 years. When not grading papers or writing lessons I enjoy cooking for my wife and three kids. We have a crazy schedule so it is usually nothing too fancy. If I can put gravy on it, then all the better.
