I started cooking since I was young with my grandparents and have never stopped. I grew up eating south Texas foods all my life and enjoying the taste of Texas. My grandparents and Dad where great at BBQ Smoking and on the stove. I have cooked at many places and for many people in my life and enjoyed the art of making great food for all my friends and family. The moments have been forever some where great now I have a wonderful child to share my passion with and to pass on what I have learned from my mom and dad.
