I have a small team of non-traditional chefs like myself that compete all over the country showing America what they are missing in Nashville, The Barnhouse Nashville that is. I feverishly want to turn my passion in the kitchen, on the smoker, and at the grill into a local and regional mainstay.
This year, we are coming to Vegas to dominate the Sandwich competition. My hybrid sammie is a V10 turbo combination of seafood, Southern, savory, and success in your mouth...without the motor oil.
