QUALIFYING EVENT: WFC Special InvitationWith 20 years of practical "on line" experience and going to the Aims Culinary Arts Institute (Dallas TX,) I have had a varied career. I have been the kitchen manager of numerous restaurants, and have been working with Mama Kwan's Grill & Tiki Bar going on 8 years. At Mama's I have had the freedom to create daily specials using fresh seafood along with Asian sauces and spices. Living on the coast on NC, we are blessed to be able to walk from our home to the beach and catch fresh fish from the Atlantic in the morning then clean 'em and cook 'em up for dinner that night.
