QUALIFYING EVENT: Bull Burger Battle - Indianapolis

I Richard Alva started working in the food industry when I was 20yrs old and still doing what I love to do best. I started in the kitchen pantry area and worked my way up to line head cooked. I wanted to learn more and expanded my work method started to work on making Fresh Soups and Sauces. I worked my way up to learn how to Bake Fresh Bread, Pastry and Cakes. I've been an Executive Chef for about 7yrs now and love to create new dishes.
