QUALIFYING EVENT: FoodChamp Challenge - Dessert

I am a home cook who was lured into culinary competitions by my wife, family and their participation in State Fair cooking contests. With a few State Fair championships for desserts under my belt and after supporting my wife’s WFC Bacon Championship competition in 2013, I decided to try my hand at entering my favorite recipes in the dessert challenge and was fortunate to have been chosen to compete in this year’s World Dessert Championship.

After witnessing the excitement and world class competition at last year’s WFC, I am really looking forward to being a part of the fun this year.
