QUALIFYING EVENT: FoodChamp Challenge - SandwichI started working in the basement of Volare in Chicago with no experience working my way from prep to pantry to sautee to lead line. Which is were I got the chance to work at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago for 4 years with great chefs. Then I moved on to working for Homestead and the Fifty/50 group for the opening of a roof top garden restaurant. From there I went on to Open the Cottage on Dixie and worked as Executive Chef opening the restaurant. I worked there for a year before my wife and I decided to move to Indiana and work for Craig Baker and Derek Means at the Local Eatery and Pub.
