I'm an amateur cook but I'm no stranger to the restaurant business. I grew up in a family of restaurateurs and professional cooks. They taught me to cook and bake and I was exposed to lots of interesting foods from a young age (escargot was one of my favorite foods as a kid!). While I haven't followed my family into the restaurant business I am passionate about food and have recently started channeling this passion into competitive cooking.
