QUALIFYING EVENT: 2012 World Food Championships
I am so excited to once again represent Challenge Butter at the WFC. I am a very creative person with a passion for anything creative-especially food! When I am not busy writing recipes or cooking in the kitchen, you will find me decorating homes and painting murals (did I mention I also have five children?!) I have competed and won many contests, and have had my recipes published throughout the past years. I believe that my creativity and ability to work well under pressure gives me a competitive edge. Last year I entered the contest two days before it started. I had to create two outstanding recipes, gather my supplies and food, make reservations and quickly get to Las Vegas! In spite of the stress and last minute preparations, I received 4th place in The Side Dish competition. This year I look forward to winning once again, and making it to the Final Table!
