Welcome to 2017 World Food Championships! Activation days for this year's event are as follows:

Friday Nov 10 th / Saturday Nov 11 th / Sunday Nov 12 th (Required hours of operation - 11:00am-4:00pm) . Details regarding load in dates and times will be included in the exhibitors' packet, which will be released on Sept. 1, 2017.

WFC to Provide:
  • (1) 10X10 Event Space (Tent not included)

  • (1) 6ft Table (2) Chairs

  • Local Consumer Marketing

  • Onsite 24-hour Security

Partner to Provide:
  • Manpower necessary to activate event space

  • Signage/Marketing Materials for your brand

  • If Sampling or Selling Products:

    • ALL items necessary to sample your product including but not limited to; (toothpicks, ramekins, napkins, chafing dishes, crackers etc.)

    • Proper permitting and procedures for food service and handling

    • Payment of sales tax due to City of Orange Beach, Baldwin County and the State of Alabama

Sponsor Investment $1,500 (Power and event rentals are not included. Order forms for power and event rentals will be provided in the exhibitors' packets, which will be released on Sept. 1, 2017)
