My culinary journey began as a kid, learning to cook with my grandma and falling in love with the process. As I grew older, I took my passion to BBQ competitions, where I could share my skills and creativity. Alongside my work as a Houston firefighter, cooking has become a second calling, providing a way to bring people together and celebrate great food.
