Former chef/owner of Cafe 615 in Mobile, Alabama for 15 years. My restaurant was voted best breakfast in Alabama by Food Network Magazine for our signature take on a Benedict...Eggs Mauvila. I'm now living in Panama running a bed and breakfast in high season on Isla Bastimentos...The Firefly. I hosted my own YouTube cooking show Quarantine Kitchen Panama, when we went on lockdown due to coronavirus. I wrote a book about behind the scenes of the restaurant, from the kitchen's point of view. "Restaurant...For Real". Cooking is my passion. I'm excited to be returning to compete this year and bringing my team from Panama and Alabama to meld the Gulf Coast and Caribbean flavors.
