Hi! My name is Cindy Hawkins. I am the pastry chef and owner of Circle City Sweets in Indianapolis, IN. I am a former full-time pastry/baking instructor at Ivy Tech Community College. I am a graduate of the French Pastry School in Chicago. I lean more French in the pastry I do, from Kouign-Amanns and croissants to macarons and madeleines. I love to bake and love to teach up-and-comers the wonderful world of pastry. I first competed in the 2015 WFC and placed in the Top 10 in 2018, 2022 snd 2023 and am looking forward to competing again this year.
