COMPETITION: World Burger Championship
I started competing on the KCBS circuit with Smokedout BBQ in 2015. In 2018 I was introduced to the World Food Championships and competed for 2 years with Josh and Jessica Dae. In 2021 I competed for the first time as a head cook in the Steak Category. I finished in 4th Place. In 2022 I entered the Burger Category, made the finals and finished 11th overall. I also compete in the Steak Cookoff Association and have been to the World Championships in Fort Worth, Texas on two occasions. In 2023 I look forward to competing in the Burger Category once again.
