Former journalist and current fitness student - professional chef and food enthusiast. My childhood and my grandparents took a great part in my ‘food’ education. I would spent every summer at their little farm watching and learning how to grow and harvest vegetables, fruits and herbs; how to make everything from scratch like cured meats, sausages, smoked bacon and all sorts of sweet and savoury baked goods. Cooking and experimenting in the kitchen has been my unconditional passion since the age of five. I’m very thankful and grateful to my mum who would always support me on this journey and allow to turn our tiny home kitchen into a creative ‘food laboratory’. Another passion for travel opens a new world of unknown and interesting ingredients, techniques and dishes. And here I am today sharing my food philosophy and experience with the others.
