I run a supper club called Tano’s at 8, an underground dining experience based in Dubai focused on Mediterranean cuisine. I am a home grown chef, cooking from my experiences, travels and based on nostalgic food from my childhood. Having competed in the Battle Of the Burgers Dubai edition, hosted by Cucina del Sul, and won the event, I am excited to participate in the World Burger Battle in Dallas.
