COMPETITION: World Invitational Steak Championship - SCA


I have been competing in the Internation Chili Society (ICS) since 2012 and with a lot of success, including being a 2019 World Champion. Then in 2019, a dear friend of mine introduced me to the World Food Champions (WFC) to become a sous chef in the chili category, then the following year, I became a sous chef in the soup and steak category. In 2020 a good friend introduced me to the Steak Cookoff Association (SCA), so in 2021, I started competing in the SCA; in my first year competing in the SCA, I received my golden ticket for the SCA World Championship. In 2022 I was invited to join Team Papo Joe Grilling Supplies and received my second SCA golden ticket for 2023. I now look forward to competing in the World Food Championship (WFC).
