After which served various Chef positions across the country from The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, Various Michelin/Mobil Forbes Starred Restaurants, Hotels and Inn’s from San Francisco, DC, Houston, Coastal Georgia, Martha’s Vineyard and Back to Maryland. Currently the Executive Chef of Coastal Salt in Ocmd with the Matt Ortt Restaurant Group. Small independent fermented hot sauce business owner of “hate sauce”
