My culinary career started over 20 years ago, I have worked in high volume hotels in Canada and I recently move to Dallas Texas to take my most recent position as Executive Chef Fairmont Dallas. My passion for food comes from being exposed to the hustle of kitchen after my high school. I definitely loved the energy that was coming out of the kitchen and I decided to go to culinary school. Early in my career I had the opportunity to compete in few different event and I truly enjoyed it. When I'm off I usually go out to restaurant and taste what other amazing chef's are doing locally.
