I am a Venezuelan Chef from Caracas who immigrated to the United States 5 years ago. I have been searching for opportunities to enhance my skills in the kitchen and am excited to be part of this year's World Food Championship! My specialties are authentic Venezuelan cuisine (ceviche, arepas, seafood, etc.) but I love challenging myself to create culinary fusions from varying cultures - Asian, South American, French, and other international foods.
