HEAD COOK: Tim Eckard
COMPETITION: World Chef Challenge
After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Portland Oregon Chef Eckard worked his way through some of the best kitchens in Portland and the Willamette Valley holding every position from dishwasher to sous chef, executive sous chef, chef de cuisine and executive chef. He was most recently the Executive Chef at Headwaters at The Heathman Hotel working for James Beard Award winning Chef Vitaly Paley. 1 year ago the Portland native moved to Houston Texas to accept a job with Landrys M&S leading the Downtown Houston location and becoming a member of the culinary council. The council is in charge of R&D for all 30+ restaurants across the U.S. and the young Chef is excited to be able to touch so many palettes across the country.
