I have been doing side catering and cook offs every now and then for around 6 years now. Cajun food is my specialty since my Dad is from Louisiana and I grew up on the border of Texas and Louisiana. I recently decided to do this full time. I do either a wedding or private party almost every weekend since then, and have recently turned my friends bar kitchen into what is basically my own restaurant now. We do a different featured dish every night and have developed a pretty large following over the past few months. I am hoping that by winning the San Leon Oyster Fest Cook Off and competing in the WFC is gonna change my life. If I'm not in the kitchen, Im usually watching some type of sports . Im a diehard Astros, Cowboys and Longhorn fan. We also make frequent trips to New Orleans to do our own food tours.
