HEAD COOK: Joe Absolor

COMPETITION: World Chef Challenge

Joe Absolor has been cooking in phoenix for the past 12 years. Started as a food runner at Prado at the Montelucia for Claudio Urciuoli. After a year at Prado Joe moved on to be part of the opening team at The Parlor. Five years later as the Sous Chef for Jared Porter. He partnered up with Jared Porter, to open Clever Koi on Central. Two Years working as co Chef with Jared porter. He left his partnership to open Stock and Stable where he is the operating partner and executive chef. Joe is also the corporate opening chef for Evening Entertainment group opening restaurants for them in Scottsdale, Chicago, and Dallas
